The RM of Hanover does not operate a municipal landfill.
Through an agreement with the City of Steinbach, RM of Hanover residents may access the City of Steinbach Landfill for residential waste disposal services.
The City of Steinbach Landfill is located at 105 Hanover Road East. There is no charge for the disposal of recycling, residential quantities of household hazardous waste, or compost. Tipping fees apply to all other disposal services (minimum $10) and are paid directly to the landfill.
